Sonya Mollema

Sonya Mollema graduated with First Class Honours in Law from Queen Mary University of London in the United Kingdom. While at Queen Mary, she was a student advisor with the QMUL Legal Advice Centre and Clifford Chance.

Sonya is a member of the firms Employment and Strata Law Group. Sonya’s employment law practise advises employers and employees on a range of day-to-day matters such as employment contracts, terminations and wrongful dismissal claims, and workplace investigations. Sonya has appeared before the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal, Provincial Court, and Supreme Court. Sonya has appeared before the British Columbia Provincial Court, Supreme Court and Human Rights Tribunal.

Outside of the office, Sonya prides herself on being a Vancouver foodie, avid hiker and spends time with her two very yappy miniature Schnauzers.
