Biography

Leah Vidovich is an Associate in our litigation department and advises clients in a variety of legal matters. Leah enjoys a hybrid practice of both defence work and plaintiff work. Leah regularly appears as counsel before the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia, Supreme Court Chambers, and the Civil Resolution Tribunal. She has also helped clients successfully resolve their cases through negotiation and mediation.

Leah has experience representing clients on a wide range of legal issues including personal injury, family litigation, protection orders, professional negligence, corporate/commercial disputes, contract disputes, wills and estates, and real estate disputes.

Leah is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association. Leah is passionate about her community. She values community involvement and is a member of the Access Pro Bono where she volunteers her time assisting those who cannot otherwise afford legal services.

Leah was born and raised in Pitt Meadows, BC. She graduated from Simon Fraser University where she studied criminology before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Bond University in Australia.

Outside of the firm, Leah enjoys spending time with her friends and family in addition to being a proud lacrosse mom.
